I think it would rely upon on how well the artist can draw, in the case of the picture with the question, there’s no way the people involved would be identified unless the artist actually called them in the name or description.
And it would also rely upon on the renown of the artist and whether the model was official or doing it for fun. (By official I imply paid, with release posing signed.) Someone posing for joy might complain if the artist..
